Form DPT-3 is a mandatory annual return to be filed by companies (except a few exempted ones) to furnish information about: 1. To get information on Deposits accepted by the company, and/or 2. Money or loans received by the company which are not considered as deposits under the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014. 3. To get Entity wise (Body Corporate, directors, Members) information of loan received by the Company. To check compliance of Section 73 by Company.

To report outstanding payments due to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) beyond 45 days from the date of acceptance or deemed acceptance of goods/services. This filing is mandated under the Companies (Furnishing of Information about Payment to Micro and Small Enterprise Suppliers) Order, 2019.

Form DIR-8 is a declaration given by a Director to the Company stating that he/she is not disqualified from being appointed or continuing as a director under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Form MBP-1 is used by Directors to disclose their ’concern or interest’ in other entities, such as companies, LLPs, partnerships, or any body corporate, directly or indirectly by way of : Shareholding Directorship Partnership Other interest It ensures transparency and helps identify related party transactions.
